How to make a underskirt/petticoat crinoline?
I cannot afford an underskirt for my prom and its in a month, can anyone help 
?
My mum made my petticoat for my sister’s wedding. Get lots of course netting. Cut it in two pieces sorter than the length of your dress. Cut a long bad about 6 inches, gather one edge and stich it to the bottom of the hem. Thread some elastic around the waistband and hey presto. Ask your mum if she has an underskirt you can wear under the netting to stop it itching your legs.
Hey presto.
